General answers
  1. How do I get started?
    To join the Web Now affiliate program, all you need to do is read the affiliate agreement and fill out the application form. As soon as that's done, you will be approved instantly. We will then send you your ID and password, which you can use to log into the affiliate partner area. After that, all you need to do is cut and paste the HTML code provided for you and set up the link. Back to top
  2. How does the program work?
    The affiliate (you) places the link on the website. You only need to sign up once. You can place as many of Web Now links, banners Etc on as many web pages as you like. With your partner ID, we can track all the clicks and visitors you send us. So, after a visitor is redirected from your site to ours, we record that this visitor came from you. Then, when that visitor makes a confirmed order, you receive commission.

    Each visitor sent by you receives a cookie that remains active for 100 days, allowing us to track and pay you for the booking made by that visitor, even if he/she comes back to Web Now directly within 100 days from the initial click through. Back to top
  3. I have more than one website. Can I use my affiliate ID and links on that site also?
    Absolutely, you can use your affiliate links on as many sites and/or web pages as you like. There is no need to sign up more then once. Just make sure that you do not alter the affiliate URLs in any way when you place them on your site(s). All the clicks and orders will be tracked to your account from every site. Back to top
  4. Who is eligible to become a Web Now affiliate?
    We welcome all sites to join our program. For orders such as hosting or domain names it will probably help if your site's content is web related, but that is not necessary. However, we do reserve the right to suspend or make changes to the program at any time. Back to top
  5. How much does it cost to join the program?
    There is no application fee, set-up costs and, most importantly, no minimum sales requirement. Back to top
  6. Can I link to other sites if I join the Web Now affiliate program?
    We believe that once you affiliate with us, you will have no more need for another Web Design/Hosting partner. However, we place no restrictions on your site's links and actually encourage our affiliates to join programs and create links, which are complementary to the content on their site. Back to top
  7. Do you offer co-branding and customisation?
    Yes. We Offer a full cobranding service for hosting and domain names. This means selling these products can be branded to look like your website. Back to top
  8. When I click on my affiliate URL, it seems to redirect to Web Now and my ID disappears. Is this normal?
    Yes, that is how our system works. When a client clicks on your affiliate URL, our system reads the affiliate ID and send the user to a default page. It then tracks all subsequent clicks and orders to your account. As long as you set up your affiliate URL(s) correctly, all the user activity will be tracked properly. Back to top

Payment and Tracking Answers
  1. How are orders tracked to my site?
    All links from your site to Web Now contain your unique affiliate ID code, so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a confirmed order is made. Make sure that all links on your site are created using the HTML code generated for you, so that all visitors are tracked correctly. Back to top
  2. What is a "confirmed order"?
    a confirmed order is once the service s complete andthe amount has been fully paid by the client. Your commission will then be credited to your account. Back to top
  3. How much do I get paid?
    For every CONFIRMED order that you refer to Web Now from your affiliate link, you receive 10% of the profit we make from that order. example, we create a website worth $1000, you receive $100. Back to top
  4. Do I earn commissions from my own purchases?
    Yes. You can earn commissions on any service that you, your friends, family and customers make from visiting Web Now through your web site's affiliate links to us. Back to top
  5. How do I get paid?
    Payments are made monthly, in the first 7 days of each month. You will receive commision via Cheque. The minimum amounts paid are: $100. If you do not reach the minimum payment amount in any given month, the amount earned is rolled over to the next month, until you have enough to qualify for payment. Back to top
  6. How will I monitor my sales and commission?
    The Company will provide the Partner with a tracking area, which will show the number of clicks through, order requests and confirmed orders submitted by users referred by the Partner. The Partner will also have access to payment reports, which will show the estimated amount earned and payment history. This area will be updated in real time. Back to top
  7. How do I set up my links?
    It's very simple. Once you are approved, simply login to the Web Now affiliate partner area using your partner ID and password. Select the link(s) you like (remember, you can use as many links as you like), cut and paste the HTML code into your web page and you are done. Back to top
  8. What if I don't like any of the links Web Now has to offer?
    No problem. You are free to modify the links and banners we have at any time to fit in with your web site. In fact, we will help you customise your links to suit your site if you ask us. Back to top
  9. Can I change and update my links?
    Absolutely. You can make any changes at any time, for whatever reason you choose. We also recommend that you check the affiliate partner area regularly, as we may add or modify our selection of links and banners. Back to top
  10. Where should I put my links?
    There are various ways of putting your links on your site to maximise your chances of earning a commission. Here are some suggestions:
    • On your home page
    • On you navigation bar
    • In a dedicated web related area of your site
    • Other areas, where a booking service would be useful, e.g. leisure, shopping or e-commerce
